the staff on arival were attentive, but we were staying as part of a wedding party which may have been why they were attentive.
the breakfast was not up to standard, within the room a menu was displayed giving you the coices however when we arrived in the dining room no menu was shown and only a cooked breakfast was suggested which was not very warm. one staff member at breakfast was not interested in giving a good service

During my recent stay at a charming guest house, I was blown away by the unique and iconic building. The rooms were beautifully furnished with stunning artwork, making it hard to find a better place to stay. The gardens were also a highlight, with a delightful maze and lovely vegetable garden. The location was perfect for scenic walks along the Wye River, offering breathtaking views. The staff were professional and skilled at what they do, making our stay enjoyable. The dinner at the guest house was exceptional, thanks to the talented chef who catered to special dietary requirements effortlessly. our experience was wonderful.
Although our suite lacked good views and was on the second floor, it was a minor inconvenience. Additionally, there were some minor issues with our room, such as marks on the carpet and a short kettle cord, but these did not significantly impact our overall stay.
